Affix your consignor # inside each garment with masking tape Sort & bundle clothing by gender & size Non-clothing items must be bundled with string or secured in a zip lock bag. Include batteries as necessary. Shoes must be paired using string or cable ties. Maternity wear limited to 10 best items Items must be free of stains, tears, holes, pet hair, cigarette odor, broken or missing buttons, snaps & zippers

Tagging Instructions Tags : Consignors will generate all item tags from our easy to use online system. Use the "Enter Items" link to begin your inventory listing; this can be done all in one sitting or save and return at a later time. Hint: Expedite the entry process by sorting items by category & size 1st. Printing Tags : All tags can be printed at once or just a few at a time (use at least 64 lb. white cardstock). Simply click "Print Tags" and choose which tags to print (6 tags/page) then cut apart and attach to item with a medium to large safety pin. NO small safety pins, straight pins or clothes pins. Price : The price will automatically print on the item tag. DoodleBugs recommends 1/2 original price for items in excellent condition and 1/3 original price for average wear. Description : Be very specific when entering your item descriptions online. Size : Use # sizes for each garment (6mo, 2T etc.). Use S, M, L on Juniors sizes if specified on the item. Hanger : All clothing must be on a hanger with the hanger facing left (like a question mark). Pants, shorts and skirts should be pinned at the waist, to the top of the hanger. Baby hangers should only be used for infant clothing. Any other clothing must be on a standard sized hanger. Consignor # : Your unique # will be assigned when you register online and will print on your tag. Please match the sample tag and sample garments as shown. Hangers should face left making a question mark (?) with the hook. Pin the tag to right side of garment; over your heart if you were wearing the item
